Legal Notice

Cornerstone Construction and RemediH2O occasionally collaborate or coordinate efforts in connection with specific construction, restoration, or remediation projects within the State of Colorado and elsewhere. Such collaboration is designed to provide enhanced service capabilities and comprehensive project solutions for the benefit of clients. Notwithstanding these occasional joint efforts, Cornerstone Construction and RemediH2O are, and shall at all times remain, wholly independent and separate legal entities.

Each company maintains its own ownership, management, employees, contractors, insurance coverage, and business operations. Neither entity has any power or authority to act for, represent, or legally bind the other in any manner. No partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or other legal relationship shall be construed, implied, or deemed to exist by virtue of cooperative activities between the companies.

All proposals, contracts, invoices, and related documents shall clearly identify the specific contracting entity responsible for the work performed. Clients, vendors, subcontractors, and third parties are hereby advised that any and all obligations, warranties, and liabilities are solely those of the particular entity with whom they have entered into a written agreement. Neither Cornerstone Construction nor RemediH2O bears responsibility for, or shall be held liable for, the representations, conduct, omissions, or obligations of the other entity.

Each company is independently responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and building codes governing its operations within the State of Colorado. In the event of any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to services rendered, such matter shall be directed exclusively to the entity specifically identified in the applicable contract or engagement documentation.

This notice is provided for informational and legal clarity. It does not amend, supersede, or modify any written or implied contract between any party and either Cornerstone Construction or RemediH2O. By engaging the services of, communicating with, or otherwise interacting with either company, clients and third parties acknowledge and agree that while the entities may coordinate or cooperate on certain projects, their independence remains absolute, and neither entity shall have any responsibility for the actions, obligations, or liabilities of the other.

This notice and any dispute or issue arising hereunder shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Venue for any legal proceeding shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Colorado.
